The Dallas Symphony Orchestra Release Wagner's Ring Cycle
The Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Fabio Luisi (Louise W. & Edmund J. Kahn Music Directorship) are proud to announce the release of a landmark live recording of Richard Wagner’s epic Ring Cycle (Der Ring des Nibelungen) on Delos, the American label of Outhere Music. The 13-CD box set will be available on May 15 in the United States, with worldwide physical and digital release on May 22. The first single, “Vorspiel” from Scene 1 of Das Rheingold, and pre-orders are available today here. The project is dedicated to the memory of Morton H. Meyerson.
